該項目位于西安市長安區(qū)常寧新區(qū)，凈用地面積123.6畝，初步規(guī)劃總建筑面積15.63萬平方米。項目分兩期建設(shè)，一期共6棟樓，建設(shè)面積6.56萬平方米。
