中交二公局參建的天山勝利隧道全長22.035公里，為世界最長的高速公路隧道，地處高山嚴寒地區(qū)，屬特長高寒高海拔公路隧道，是新疆烏魯木齊至尉犁高速公路的控制性工程。
　　The Tianshan Mountains Shengli Tunnel, which is 22.035km in length, is the longest highway tunnel in the world. It is located in the cold and high mountain area. It is an extremely long highway tunnel with high altitude and low temperature. It is the control project of Xinjiang Urumqi-Weili Expressway.
